These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of QuickTruckTax AI (the "Service"), operated by GrahAI Systems. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What QuickTruckTax AI is

QuickTruckTax AI is an AI-powered compliance copilot for trucking. It helps you understand your obligations, monitors deadlines, and prepares and validates filings such as Form 2290 (HVUT), Unified Carrier Registration (UCR), MCS-150 and related state filings — computing your figures and pre-filling the official portals for you.

You stay the filer. We guide you through every step and stop before submission. You perform the final review and click submit yourself. QuickTruckTax AI is not a filing service, is not a law firm or tax-preparation firm, and never submits forms to the IRS, FMCSA, a state agency, or any government portal on your behalf.

Not legal or tax advice

Information provided by the Service — including AI guidance, calculators, compliance scores, and prepared filings — is general information, not legal, tax, or professional advice. Rules, fees, and deadlines change and depend on your specific operation. Always confirm requirements with the IRS, FMCSA, and your state agency before relying on them.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorized to act for the carrier or business whose details you enter.

Plans, fees and payment

• The AI Compliance Assistant and calculators are free.
• Paid plans and one-time filing-preparation purchases (for example Compliance Pro at $249/year, Filing Copilot™ at $59 per filing, or Fleet Pro at $699/year) unlock preparation, monitoring and fleet features.
• Our fees are service fees for AI-guided preparation and software access only. They are separate from, and do not include, any government fee (such as the UCR fee or HVUT tax), which you pay directly to the relevant authority.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your full card number, CVV, bank account number, or routing number.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, use it to submit false information to any authority, or use it on behalf of someone without authorization.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed deadlines, penalties, rejected filings, or losses arising from information you provided, from your decision to submit a filing, or from your reliance on general guidance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
