After a paid plan or filing-preparation payment is confirmed, the Service is delivered electronically and immediately: features unlock on your account and our AI prepares your filing live in your browser, making the prepared filing available on-screen for your review and submission on the official government portal.

Delivery timeline

Plan access activates instantly on payment. Filing preparation typically completes within minutes of starting. If you experience any delay or issue, contact us at support@grahai.com.

No physical shipment

Because everything is delivered online, no shipping address, shipping fee, or delivery timeline for physical items applies.
