Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the service fees charged by QuickTruckTax AI (operated by GrahAI Systems) — including paid plan subscriptions and one-time filing-preparation purchases such as Filing Copilot™. It does not apply to any government fee (such as the UCR fee or HVUT tax), which you pay directly to the relevant authority and which is governed by that authority's own rules.

What you're paying for

Our service fees cover AI-guided compliance — preparing and validating your filing, retrieving your carrier record, computing your exact figures, pre-filling the official portal for your review, plus monitoring and software access on paid plans. Delivery is electronic and typically immediate.

When you can get a refund

  • Service failure: If our system is unable to prepare your filing due to a fault on our side and you did not receive a usable, prepared filing, you are entitled to a full refund of that service fee.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge is fully refunded.
  • Within 7 days: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will review your request in good faith.

When refunds may not apply

Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, refunds may not be available once your filing has been successfully prepared and made available to you for review, except in the cases above. Service fees are not refundable on the basis of a government fee amount, a missed government deadline, a filing you chose not to submit, or an error in information you provided.

Cancellation

  • One-time purchases (e.g. Filing Copilot™) are not subscriptions — there is nothing to cancel.
  • Annual plans (e.g. Compliance Pro, Fleet Pro) can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period and we do not charge you again unless you renew.

How to request a refund

Email support@grahai.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (processing times depend on your bank and Razorpay).
